Terms of Service (Last Updated: 21-July-2026)

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using LocationReviewX (the “Service”), including modules and features such as SentimentXpert, ReviewXpert, TokenReviewX, MapNews, and the GardenX local community exchange platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept the Terms, you must not use the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle personal data and third-party services.

 

2. Eligibility & Account Use

You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.

Accounts are for one named individual; credential-sharing is not allowed.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials and for keeping your password secure.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep it updated.

 

3. Scope of the Service

  • LocationReviewX provides AI-powered summaries, sentiment analysis, market price intelligence, travel optimization strategies, and geospatial news mapping derived from publicly available data.

  • GardenX is a feature within the Service that functions strictly as a local discovery and informational matching directory to help users browse, list, and connect for the independent buying, selling, or rehoming of plants locally.

  • TokenReviewX Scope: TokenReviewX provides simulated LLM workload benchmarks, token unit economics, and model swap cost evaluations for architectural planning and estimation purposes. All projected token costs, latency estimates, and quality benchmark scores are automated simulations and do not constitute guaranteed third-party API pricing or binding financial advice.

  • Output is informational only; it is not legal, medical, or financial advice.

  • The Service may introduce new features from time to time. All new features are governed by these Terms.

4. Data Collection & Usage

LocationReviewX only collects and processes data that is:

  • Publicly accessible: Data that is available without the need for login credentials, authentication, or bypassing security measures.

  • Voluntarily supplied: Information you provide through our contact forms, account registration, or specific tool inputs.

Data Handling & Storage: Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and raw third-party review text are not permanently stored in our databases. Our systems are designed for transformative analysis—extracting sentiment trends, keyword patterns, price fluctuations, and geospatial insights. This process complies with international fair use standards and digital data policies.

AI Synthesis & Accuracy: The Service utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) and proprietary algorithms to synthesize and summarize vast amounts of data. You acknowledge that AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for precision, automated synthesis may occasionally result in inaccuracies (hallucinations). Users are responsible for independently verifying any critical information before making business, financial, or travel decisions.

Third-Party Compliance: You remain solely responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of any third-party platforms from which the original source data originates. For comprehensive details on our use of tracking technologies, cookies, and analytics, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, defamatory, or infringing purposes.

  • Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive listings, or attempt to sell prohibited, invasive, or illegal agricultural goods on GardenX.

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce Service outputs for commercial resale without written consent.

  • Upload malware, spam, or other malicious content.

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure.

Violation can lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account.


6. Intellectual-Property Rights

All software, site design, and AI-generated summaries are the intellectual property of LocationReviewX Technologies.

You retain ownership of any data you upload but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process it for providing the Service.


7. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Premium features are offered on a subscription basis (prices displayed in your dashboard).

Your plan renews automatically unless cancelled.

Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

 

8. GardenX Peer-to-Peer Marketplace & Community Exchange Terms

  • Platform Role Only: You explicitly acknowledge that GardenX functions solely as a passive venue and directory matching system. LocationReviewX is not an auctioneer, retail agent, broker, middleman, or agricultural verifier.

  • Independent Transactions: All communications, negotiations, and transactions take place directly and independently between the respective buyer and seller (facilitated natively via third-party channels such as WhatsApp).

  • Complete Exclusion of Liability: LocationReviewX does not handle, facilitate, or oversee payments, invoicing, physical collections, packing, shipping, or deliveries. We provide no warranties or guarantees regarding seller legitimacy, buyer intent, plant health, species accuracy, root quality, pest/infestation absence, soil safety, or product fitness for a particular purpose.

  • User Discretion: Users are solely and strictly responsible for conducting their own due diligence, checking transaction safety, and exercising personal judgment and discretion when interacting, exchanging money, or meeting other users in person.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. Use the insights at your own risk.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LocationReviewX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, transaction losses, personal property damage, illness, or plant failures—arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any peer-to-peer exchanges facilitated via GardenX.


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LocationReviewX, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your interaction or transaction with third parties via the GardenX framework, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate at any time by closing your account.


13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will post the new version on our website and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from the Service shall be resolved through confidential arbitration in English.
Jurisdiction: Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts located in Hyderabad, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Either party may also seek interim injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
